S1001/A3319 passes Senate & Assembly!

We are so excited that our LCAT commercial insurance bill (S1001/A3319) passed both the Senate & the Assembly with resounding support!

This bill — when signed into law — will mandate that all commercial health insurance plans in NY must cover psychotherapy provided by LCATs.
